The best grout for pumping depends on your application, but Black Jack recommends engineered cementitious grout mixes specifically designed for high-pressure, high-volume performance.

Our proprietary blends are IBC- and DOT-compliant, making them a safer and more durable alternative to polyurethane foam—especially for structural, slab lifting, and void fill projects.

These mixes are designed to flow easily through high-output pumps without clogging, while providing strong set strength and long-term stability.

With Black Jack Grout Pumps, selecting the right pump depends on your project size, material type, and power needs. For high-volume or high-pressure jobs like slab jacking or infrastructure repair, hydraulic systems offer top performance.

Smaller-scale or more mobile jobs might call for manual or electric units. You should also consider setup speed, compatibility with grout mixes, and whether you need a complete trailer system or a standalone unit.

No, unfortunately, we don’t rent out our grout pump equipment at this time.
